We immediately launched aggressive appeals and even escalated the issue through Better Business Bureau filings. But the lesson was crystal clear: building your primary communication hub on a centralized server that can mute you with an algorithm is a fatal flaw. This event accelerated our roadmap. It forced us to take absolute ownership of our data and our community channels.
